Mahogany
Indonesia is one of the biggest Mahogany exporting countries. Mahogany of Indonesia mainly introduced by Dutch East India Company. Honduras mahogany is widely planted in Indonesia, which is also called Swietenia Macrophylla. Mahogany is hard but light, abrasion resistance, non-deformable, and distinctive of its low frequency sound. However, it is lack of fancy high-pitch sound. Most are made into Top, Back, Side, and Neck.
